Referrals

You can call me directly (416- 571-5622) to make an appointment without having to get a referral.

I accept referrals from physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers, optometrists, dieticians, occupational therapists, other health professionals, counselors and therapists, and employee assistance programs.

 I accept clients who are youths (16 years old and up), adults, and seniors.

Office Hours and Location

I offer daytime, evening and Saturday appointments.

My office is located at 89 Queensway West –Suite 215 in Mississauga. It is just a few buildings west of the intersection of Hurontario and Queensway, on the north side of Queensway. There is paid parking available. Remember to bring up your parking stub so you can validate it and have an hour free parking.
